Waiting for WILDCARD Card since 2010

I have been a member of WILDCARD programme from the National Parks Board since 1996, when I was issued with a card and in 2010 they decided to cancel all WILD CARD cards and we had to re-apply and they would send us a WILDCARD card i the post. I have been updating details on the website, and calling them at their head office and now 2013 still not in possession of this card, I have to schlep around with my confirmation letter and payment details at every Entry point as I have an ALL sector membershi[. I unfortunateltly have just called their call centre after paym, ent was made on the 24th of December 2012 and told that once I update my details on the webioste within 2 weeks I should receive my card in the POST. I called today the 7th of Feb 2013 and was told that the card has not been produced and they will make a request for card to be prodcued and sent off. IF I had not follwed up this card would not have been prodcued and still would have been waiting for it forever, maybe SNAIL mail would take a few decades before I receive it. What shoddy service from these people at WILDCARD. I dont have any issues with the National Parks as they provide good and freindly service all round.
