On the 17/08/2013 i went to Ga- Rankuwa post office to have my transacting card be renewed after i have received 2 smses that my card will be expiring in august, i was helped by a teller who gave me forms to fill in, i did but realised there's a space where they ask security question when one has lost his/her card i told her that i don't have those details bcoz i normally don't use the card but is used by my relative, said i must then produce a card i told her the msg said i must go to any post office with my id book, says can't help what if they replace the card and it's yet i told her it's renewal said then i have to pay R35.00. i have been going to the post office 2 times i went 1st on the 10/08 they said they have no cards - why must i have an expired card with me - i left the post office with the form because i saw no point in arguing with the lady who was stiiting on the 2nd desk from the left (the youngest).
