I have received one email from Charmonay Creighton to advise that they had a system error and that's the reason why they debited my account after I requested deactivation. I now understand how frustrating it is to not receive feedback when you have requested assistance. I have sent Charmonay my statement to show that the amount did go off my account, I have sent her THREE emails after that to ask to refund my money and up until today I still have not received anything back from her or the company. I regret the day I ever accepted to go into contract with Amazing Vouchers. and I advise everyone to stay away; you are not going to make use of the "vouchers" anyway. I hope that going to this extreme of going to Hellopeter gets Amazing Voucher to wake up, respond to my countless email i have sent and to refund my account. will not be holding my breath.
