Customs forging value and charging moe for product

So this is what you guys do? how the can i be charged more for customs than what the parcel is actually worth? with vat its understandable but for you guys to forge the declared contents amount is not on! It clearly says on the packaging that the parcel is 10 dollars which is what i paid yet on your manifest you declared the amount as 20 dollars in which i now had to pay R144.88 as fees to collect. I would like this resolved asap and refunded for the correct amount coz i wont pay more for your corrupted schemes. Nobody gives you the right to decide how much my parcels worth! If you need proof of the 10 dollars paid, I have it!
