I am highly dissapointed about the OR Tambo customs. Someone or persons is parcels. I have two parcels which have vanished at the OR Tambo. The last scan always shows the parcels leaving Chicago customs, once they get to South Africa they are nowhere to be found. I have tried to make a follow up with customs without any success. I gave them a tracking number which the US clearly indicated that once the parcle leaves USA, it is up to the receiving country to deliver or return the parcel if the address is wrong. There are at customs. I paid lots of money for a brazzilian weave and paid postage and customs for it. The first parcel were new born clothes, winter clothes, they also vanished. What kind of system they have? how do they ensure that people who are working are not or taking the parcels for themselves? I was amazed when I was asked to contact SARS, what for? sars did not my parcels, infanct the parcels were not scanned when they reached OR airport so that they cannot be traceable. How ironic? Now I am bing sent from pilar to post for no reason. Whoever those parcels will remain poor for the rest of their lives, they are gonna get caught!
