Still awaiting delivery

I applied for a cellphone contract and i was approved I have been called everyday since last week by the Courier last week Friday to confirm time of the delivery but to date still awaiting I'm on leave and not at work and now need to sit as a prisoner in my home awaiting for people to come deliver but do not fulfil their promises, should they not deliver today as promised in the afternoon please terminate the contract as I was promised delivery within 7 working days but to date nothing has come through
