I bought a samsung 51" tv from Bradlows on Wednesday 8 May 2013 and was promised that I would have it by Friday 10 May 2013. Friday passed & there was no delivery. On Saturday I went to the store and was promised that they would deliver that day and there was no delivery. Today Monday I returned to the store and was told the system had a problem printing the delivery note which is why they couldnt deliver. My question is I have a car available & I offered to collect the tv on Saturday & today but was unable to. Why should I suffer & continue not to have entertainment because of a system problem? I have paid the deposit submitted all the requested documentation. They have promised to deliver before 11am tomorrow but I foresee this going on forever so I am logging my report here.
