Groupon does not deliver on time and no feedback

I placed an order with Groupon on 14 Jan 2014 with promise to deliver within 2 weeks (LED FLOOD Lights). It has gone way past the promised delivery date and even after a promise that they will do their "utmost best" and everything they can to resolve it via the product support team, once I inquired about it, no word about it again.

DO NOT ORDER from Groupon - they don't live up to their promises!

I doubt it if I will EVER order anything from them again which involves delivery of items.

I am very disappointed.
