Cannot deliver according to 3 promises

I ordered a Fridge & Washing Machine from Makro on 23 Feb with delivery for 27 Feb. I called on the 27th (Cellphone Call), they said it will be delivered by the end of the day. I called in the afternoon, they mentioned that they don't deliver on Wednesdays, yet the sales person (Mondli), said it will be. I spoke to the lady in Dispatch and she promised me that it will be delivered before 10am on the 28th.

At 11:15 on the 28th, I decided to call again as there was no contact regarding the delivery (Cellphone call). I had to take a drive to the store which costed me petrol and time, to see why the delivery was late again. When I spoke to the lady in dispatch, she mentioned that it was not her fault, yet she promised me delivery.

I waited 1 hour to speak to the manager (Sean), and he promised me delivery between 3pm and 4pm, and will get Norah (Manager of Large appliances), to keep in contact and ensure that delivery will be done. They did refund me the delivery charge (R230), but really, the time wasted and money due to bad service, I am really disappointed. Expected a lot better from a large organization like this.

At the end, delivery happened at 5:30pm. 3 Failed Promises!!!
