I upgraded my 3G contract to a 2GB Cell C contract at the beginning of May. I emailed all the supporting documentation and was promised delivery within 7 working days. No one from Mweb phoned me to inform me of feedback regarding my application - I had to follow up and find out what was going on. I only received delivery of the modem on the 27/05/13 and now I am told by the Mweb call centre that I have wait 48 hours for the sim card to activated as I have to call in and have it activated. Why wasnt this done by Mweb before the delivery and why did it take almost a month to deliver my 3G Modem when I was promised 7 days??? Mweb is quick enough to take money from people for Internet but when it comes to keeping their promises they fail to deliver and have a million excuses I wanted to have my Internet connection up and running in the middle of May, now we are going into June and I am still not connected. I want Mweb to come up with a solution to make up for my time lost, otherwise I am going to instruct my bank to block/stop their debit order!!
