As many before me, I only now discover, was conned into bidding on [URL Removed]
Bid on a camera R86.23 and won the bid, then proceeded to checkout and pay, once paid (Verified by VISA transaction) The money was out of my credit card account within seconds before I even could get out of the webpage. A pop-up appear about "bid package" I could not close this screen without clicking on the one and only tab. And yes, within minutes an amount of R 769.99. I immediately tried to phone but no answer. Saturday morning I received by email 2 receipts: 1 for R 769.99 and 1 for R 72.80. Early Saturday morning another amount of R16.23 was taken by Wippy from my account. Monday morning another amount of R535.99 was taken!!!
I phoned them, spoke to Gavin and was told to sent an email with my issues. I did. Got a quick reply informing me the 2nd amount was for a "package" I opt for. No other amounts taken but it was, by [URL Removed]
Still no joy. Hellopeter please help. Just reading through all the reports from so many cheated people. WIPPY must be stopped and we must get our money back.
What about the cooling period after any purchase??
