After almost two years of struggling with beares I still have the problem. I paid cash of over R14 000 AND STILL I have no products. I was given broken products and also products that after repairs were not right. They now want to pass the buck and say guarantee is over. I complained in my guarantee period.
All I want is either replace the faulty products with a new set or give my, monies back. Can you assist and having these people brought to book. It is unacceptable that these people get away with this nonsense.
