Good Day

On the 14 February 2013 my dad took my car to Executive car wash, valet, service and repairs @ #33 South Circular Road, Albertyn hof for repairs. Their tel # (053) 8313821.

They said that the car needs a new oil cooler, the part and labour costs R2130.09 which was paid in cash.
went to fetch the car from there and drove with it to cape town only to find out that the part is not new and I still experienced the same problem that it had before I took it for repairs. I caaled the company in question and afet may attempts they answered. I introduced myself and asked if they have guarantee on their repairs.

I was told that the do have the guarantee and I havea to take the car back to them. I told them I am in Cape Town and I cannot drive the car to Kimberly. they told me i have to ask a friend to Tow me from Cape Town to Kimberly almost 1000 k's to fix my car. I asked if they don't have someone in Cape Town who can fix my car on their behalf the answer was no and if I cannot bring the car to them there is nothing they can do. please help.
