Wrong spares in repairs - 3 Months guarantee cance

1st Visit 22 /03 /2013 I paid R350.00 for a service on a BMW 320I 1994 starter.
2nd Visit 22/03/2013 later that day starter not working, replace Solenoid R220.00. Received a 3 month guarantee.
3rd Visit 24/04/2013 Starter again not working, replace bendix drive R250.00. "note still in my guarantee time"
4th Visit 25/04/2013 Replace bendix and solenoid, with the wrong bindix drive gear. now my starter has worked for only 2 times. "2 Turns"
5th Visit 26/04/2013 Starter still not working Rudi canceled the guarantee due to him not putting in the starter and want to charge me another R450.00 I am a pensioner and don't have a lot of money that is the reason I have done the work myself.
Another Auto electrician told me the there is 2n different bendix drive gears for this BMW 320I 1994 and that Rudi from Safe Care Auto and Electrical Carletonville has used the wrong one.
