We booked our dog, Jade, into Badham's in December. Kennels are always a concern for animal lovers as want to ensure they are well looked after. Jade was well received and we felt very comfortable that she was in the hands of animal lovers. Early in January, we got a call from Joan (owner) to tell us that Jade had been in an incident where she was being walked and shot off into a fence and had accordingly been cut, and had to have stitches. She assured us that she was ok and had been treated at the Vet. She asked whether she could keep her longer as didn't want to make the problem of daily cleaning the wound and feeding of the antibiotics our problem. Also, she wanted to take her weekly to the Vet to ensure her wound was healing well. We collected her 6 days after scheduled and she was in good spirits, despite the nasty cut. I just want to say that Badham's handled everything very professionally, and, as the incident happened on their watch, took full responsibility (financial & otherwise) to ensure that our pet was well looked after. All costs of medicine, extra days etc, were also not passed on. Overall - great people who love animals & would have no hesitation recommending them
