I just spent R1400 to update my maps only to realize that Live services on my TomTom device is not automatically extended and that I need to spend another R600 for this - honestly, I feel this is a total ripoff!
I have always been promoting Tomtom and recommended it to all my employees and friends, but now I will think twice before I recommend Tomtom again.
I might as well have bought a brand new device at your update and subscription fees - honestly guys!!
I am off and feel ripped off.
