I once had a car insurance with Bidvest, which I cancelled on a later stage I added them into my account so that it becomes easy for my to make my payment. Mistakenly I made a cash transferee to their account which wasn`t suppose to be received by them as the insurance has been cancelled along time ago and I don`t owe them anything. I then sent the a prove of payment, on a later stage they told me that they have received the money in their account but now they are not willing to reverse the transaction they are telling me all sort of stories.
I transferred the money on the 29 November 2013 (R3000). I called them Monday 2 December 2013 they said they are sure that I will receive the money by Friday I asked them can you please send me a your prove of payment they said I will receive it on 9 Dec 2013 Monday which is today I called them again I told them that I haven`t received the money If you really have send it through can you please send me the prove of payment and the said they will follow up after few minutes they call and said the money was not sent so I told them it means you were lying to me when you said you send it, I really need you help as their is nothing else I can do
