Matress collapse on bed

My 10 month old Serta king size bed has collapsed on each side where we sleep. They tell me to sleep in the middle to "flatten" out the hump in the middle. Ever hear such! This 'top of the range" bed is not fit for a 1/2 star rat infected motel! So much for a 10 year warranty, this is bed is stuffed in less than a year!
