So I bought a SERTA bed from Bed King. Comes with a year warranty. Dec last year marked the 11 month. The bed did not live up to its claims and the memory foam was staying in the position we slept in. That is we started sleeping in little troughs on the bed. I phoned Bed King Fourways to complain. They promised to get back to me. They did not. I phoned a second and then a third time. After no response on my three calls I phoned the head office. To their credit the MD phoned me back and promised action. After no action was forth coming I phoned him back. He explained that SERTA actually were responsible for the faulty product and not them. They would get SERTA to phone me. Once again no action. On my third call to the MD he managed to get someone at SERTA to phone me. Because this had taken so long we were now at the 15th of DEC and they could not deal with our bed until they opened in Jan. They promised to get back to me in Jan. We are now in FEB and have had no reply from SERTA or follow up from Bed King.

My advice to anyone buying anything from BedKing is don't, and especially not a SERTA - you will just be disappointed
