I had ordered curly hair extensions through Jenna. She came to put them in during her working hours, she was a rep, her boss didnt know, at work and I had to take time off work for her to put them in. They are for my wedding which is now happening in 16 days. When she pulled the extensions apart they were frizzy but she assured me that if I just put curling product on them they would be fine. I did everything I was told. Slept with them in a plait, I put the correct product on them. Still they stayed frizzy and did not look good. The following morning 6 fell out and on the Sunday another 4 came out. On the Monday I went and a hair trial for my wedding and the hairdresser doing it was absolutely shocked at the state of the extensions and the way in which they had been put in, which was very unprofessional according to her standards. They had not been put in properly at all and as she touched them they all just started to fall out, without her pulling on them. This was 3 days after having them done. Jenna now refuses to pay my money back for the botched job she did. I want my money back. She is welcome to have the extensions back - gladly.
