Bad service

I took delivery of a Serta bed in September 2012, and complained to the store that the bed creeks all the time whether you sit or on the bed in November 2012, i was told that Serta Service Dept is closed until Jan 2012. I e-mailed Serta in Dec and was told to go back to the Manager in Jan 2013. On the 8th Jan i went into the store and he phoned Serta who was only going to open on the 14th Jan, he said he would get back to me on the 14th which he didnt. i phoned them again and still no joy. i phoned serta again in Durban and was told to phone Jhb which i did and was told i should be phoning Durban and that JHB would get back to me. i got a call from Gugu at Serta and still nothing has happened. we are sleeping on our old bed as the springs have collapsed as well and we roll into the middle of the bed. i had someone phoning from the store in the week of the 14th to the 16th but still nothing has been sorted out. i phoned the store on the18th spoke to the Manager and he told me that Serta will on be back in operation on the 24th Jan 2013. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SERTA BED WITH THIS SHOCKING SERVICE.
