Had to Pay X 2, After Deciding NOT to through

What is this country getting too?
On Sun, 20 Jan I entered Chapmans Peak toll gate at 16:49:14. I was asked if I am going all the way. At that time I was going through, and paid R33. Halfway through and becuase two 1 year olds were getting restless we stoppped not even halfway. Stepped out of the car as we drove all the way from Tygervalley.
The kids was running around and really enjoyed themselves.
We then took off back to the Hout Bay side. Would you believe me. That lady was abruptly rude, with very bad, stinking attitiude and insisted, after checking my paid receipt, that I must pay again. Saying at, 17:20 we could have driven all the way and now want to come back.
This is extremely bad. Why dont they just stamp the receipt if you go all the way?
Will this simple procedure not remove plenty of emotion? I spoke to the supervisor on duty, no joy. But I am telling you now I want my joy. Enough is enough. I want that lady disciplined and properly trained, not fired, trained. To honour her customer and lead woithout a title. Would you believe the telephone number printed on their receipts (021) 791 8222 - No reponse!!! I need to give management all of my mind. I want my money back
