Hostess at Restaurant bad

Arrived there, nobody to great us, waited a while when she appeared. Led us to a table. No waiter or wine stewart arrived. Then grabbed one. Eventually got our drinks and placed our food order. Where was the food? Eventually managed to call the hostess and complained. She went away and eventually the food came. She never came back to see that we were ok. Paid the bill and never saw the hostess again. It is vey bad when pays a good price for food and drinks and nobody cares. This will be last time we visit this restaurant.By the way it was Monday night and not that busy, one expects a btter sercive. Would hate to seethis if the restaurant is busy
