On the 16th of July my cellC pay as you go account started being debited by R20 every few days. I looked up my call history on CellCs 'your account' online page and saw the money was going to a service with SMART040 listed as the number dialed. I complained to CellC and they said I was losing the money because I had subscribed to a service offered by Smartcall Technology Solutions (STS). Having never subscribed to any services that take money from my from my cellphone account I was suspicious. I wrote back to cellC demanding that my money be refunded, they ignored my email. I also wrote to STS and I didn't get a reply from them either. Yesterday I wrote to STS and Cell C again. Cathrine Sako from STS replied forwarding her reply to Alicia Antill and Yvonne Sako also from STS. they forwarded my complaint to their billing department. I then recieved an email from Ms MS walker and later from Steve White at [URL Removed] Support. They organised a full refund of R400 for me. The suggest that people with similar problems contact [URL Removed] by emailing support or phoning them on 0213009895.
