On account not their problem?

Whilst doing my budget i noticed my cellphone bill was higher than usual with about R500 or so. Seems i've been had by mobthumbs. Which in reality does not actually exist. Several calls to various numbers to find out how/when/what i subsribed to/for left me with no answer.
Checking the internet, it is known for deductions and having people subscribe without their knowledge.

Here's my problem:
Cellc, as service provider, is deducting these fund from my account. NOT some fictitious comany. They need to be held responsible for any action occurring on my account without my consent.

We need to stop putting up with this. The CellC operator simply says Cellc is not the company benefitting? But they are the ones taking money from my account.

btw - Eventuall i was able to reach someone called Yvonne Sako at a company called "Smartcall Technology Solutions" - according to them, i subscribed by agreeing to terms and conditions on [URL Removed] (not [URL Removed] which does not exist.

She was also willing to send proof of that, which i have yet to receive.

a response from Cellc as to how they justify from people would be nice. is folks.
