After smartcall debited my account with over R1700 without my permission I was promised a full refund and have it in writing that i would have gotten it by the end of last week. 15/02/2013

I want my money back as thanks to smartcall my cell phone contract has been suspended. Absolutely shocking.
I sent an email on Friday 15/02/2013 to Yvonne Sako, Cathrine Sako, Alicia Antill and Lucia Modise, and not one of them even bothered to reply.
They take your money with out you agreeing or knowing about it and then you need to fight to get back what is rightfully yours.
