I recently found out that there is an outstanding bill from 2 years back, this was discovered after the collection guys that they use typed adverse listing information on my itc report "Final Notice".
I requested that Impacts credit manager Francoise gives me a call after trying to get hold of him several times. Regardless to say he never phoned back so I tried again and eventually got hold of him. Besides his totally arrogant attitude he refused to give me a statement of my account or proof that he tried to contact me regarding the bill. He simply stated that I had to go through the collection people.
I tried to reason this out with his General Manager Tony who also wanted me to go through a lenghty exercise just to get a simple statement of account. I then stated that I will come in person to their offices, he told me I am wasting my time. Neither did he want to note the formal complaint that I wanted to lay against Francoise.
So I cannot get my statement? I cannot complain about your arrogance? How should I pay you then?
