I noticed that my CELL C account kept on growing to high amounts while I would only browse the internet on my tablet and make few calls. I then called CELL C to enquire about the amount and they informed me that I was subscribed to a service with smartcall technology solutions, I was in shock as I had never agreed to a service and I did not receive any content regarding the service. This appears to have been running from 14 January till now. They keep charging me R39.48 every two days. I called them and spoke to Yvonne Sako, who was also useless, she sent me a copy of my apparent 'subscription' which detail them sending me two sms's regarding cancellation of their services and two pictures (which i do not recall receiving). I have reported the matter with [URL Removed] and still waiting for their reply, but in the meantime I DEMAND to be refunded all my money back.
