About a month ago I launched a complain regarding not getting the treatment I asked for... the owner got back to me and promised a refund. Till today im waiting for her email address which she was supposed to sms to me so that I could send her my banking details to get a refund.
Its been a month and I still haven't gotten a reply. Dont make promises you cant keep. Once again dissapointed with how you rip people off.
