Taking money without permission

My cell phone account has gone up to R350 in a month and I do not even use it for calls or sms's. I called CellC to find out what has been making my bill rise so much and they advised that it is for content services from Smartcall. I called Smartcall to check what this was and they said that i am subscribed to their services for R20 per day. Apparently you get subscribed when you go on a certain site. I DID NOT WILLINGLY subscribe to anything. Yvonne said I replied STOP to cancel the subscription but it was the WRONG word hence i kept being billed. This is ridiculous, how can you take money from me WITHOUT my permission!!! I want my money refunded as the fact that I replied to have this stopped should tell you I am NOT giving permission. I have asked Yvonne the proof of the subscription as well as the proof of me sending the WRONG message as I do not have any sms on my phone of either of these and she REFUSED to send me the proof that I sent the WRONG message but can only send me the 'Welcome' message, I must then email the people that sends it to me and ask them for the proof. This is utter, how many people do i have to deal with??? I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK!!!
