CellC website call history says dialled number "SMART040" and description "Content Services".
The next morning R20 five times in a row, in one minute, at 06:04 16/12/2013.
I phoned 140 and the CellC employee told me to dial *133*1#.
I unsubscribed from "Service: STS NSFWMOB", "Cost: R20.00 per charge, max 5 charges per day".
I blocked my number using *133*1#.
I asked to get my money back and the CellC employee told me I would not get my R200 refunded because the service was for a third party and not CellC's service, and she cannot confirm that this will not happen again.
I am NEVER using CellC again!
I spent over R2000 on this simcard in one year.
CellC has a responsibility to protect its customers from problems like this and prevent these situations from happening.

There should be an opt-in sms reply before CellC allows any of its customers to unknowingly be subscribed.
All new simcards should be automatically blocked from subscribptions.
