Am so off with the bad service Groupon gave me.
I also bought the VIP SPA (Voucher code: 0020028PXU) for my mum's 60th birthday I have trying to get a booking since April and to this day I haven't recieved a response. I even email them but no1 bothered to call me. I then called GROUPON and guess what? I have been send from pillar to post and asked to forward my banking details 25 times for a refund and still now I haven't recieved the refund, I bought this voucher in February 2013.
I also bought a Laser treatment in June and I was told the deal was closed but they took the payment, and am still waiting for my refund for both voucher which is R1.833.00. To those who have never used Groupon please dont even start they cheat people and dont respect us.
