I am a dedicated Post Office User and I have always had a problem with Mafikeng Post Office, I got in at 10H47 today to mail a document and only got to the counters at 11H50 and not because the queue was too long but because of they way employees conduct themselves; I was very worried to see Senior Citizens queuing for that long; I am talking about GrandMa's and Pa's with medical issues, people who played a very key role in making this country what it is today not being treated with respect, courtesy and honor.
I tried to talk to the Branch Manager who's Office is always vacant and someone was sent to make me believe she was a Branch Manager and after asking her if she was the manager she went back behind and took around 9 minutes; then came the one who also claimed to be the manager; still confused; she told me that is very busy with stock taking and thus cannot help me. I asked her for a suitable time to come and see her and she claim to be very busy all the time and if I have something to say I should say it now; in the counters.
I understand this is what goes on day in and day out; when I we going to honor and treat our people with respect, courtesy and honor?
