Dear Peter, Please assist
I am a very loyal ABSA client, i have alot of accounts with ABSA,
2 weeks ago i called ABSA requesting take up a mechanical warranty for my vehicle which is financed by ABSA . I was transfered to a ABSA department that deals with mechanical warranty.
I was promised a quotation for this mechanical warranty. Today been over 2 weeks i have not received any emails containing my quotation or any feedback.
I have called ABSA for everyday over a 2 week period and i was told by customer services that the email will be sent.
I am terribly disturbed by this.
If ABSA does not want to keep me as a client, Please say so, i will take my business to another facility.
