Ad service from Chain Supply Dept

I have on the 25 July 2013 spend my time, going to the bank, police station to have the RWB forms to register on their database, completed and stamped, I personally dropped the forms at the RWB head office, I was then advised to confirm my vendor number in a month, however from Friday, 23 August I have called Chain Supply Dept on 011 682-0911 and Isaac and Janette gave me Faith Segwe-011 682-0470 who is responsible with regards to vendor number, however she never answer that phone and it was confirmed she is available, I finally asked for her email [Email Removed] and I forwared her an email, which she read and never responded to, today at 08H01, I called and she responded I enquired about the vendor numbers, she said she will respond to my email as they are currently offline, I called the reception and they confirmed they are not offline, after trying, at 12H48, I got hold of her, and she told me a bank form "account holder was incorrectly completed and I will email you that form to complete" and my 2nd company documents which where in the same envelope with as the ones that are incorrect are nowhere to be found, Faith acts as if she is doing us favor, she disgusts
