This morning I wake up with an sms notification from my bank that an amount of R129.99 (Ref DOMINATRIX6571414), AND THIS NONSENSE HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE MAY. I don't even know what this company does let alone giving them orders to debit my account.
This company is not even listed on google... What the heck does this firm do?
Their numbers (031) 403 2927 - THIS LINE IS FOREVER ENGAGED OR WHEN IT RINGS NO ONE ANSWERS.
0872327001 - I MANAGED TO GET THROUGH BUT THE AGENTS DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON, THEY CAN ONLY GO AS FAR AS LOGGING YOUR COMPLAINT.
In any case I spoke to Nozipho (not sure about her capacity in the firm) who said she'll get back to me in 24/48 hours. Why do I have to been inconvenienced and wait so long until I can get my money back, yet they were quick to debit my account???
