I have been trying to get my MTN shares transferred to LM via Computershare since Jan 2013. They sent me the forms, etc. We completed the forms and made a payment of R 231.99 into their bank account on the 2/1/13. On the same day I sent the forms to Computershare via Registered mail, tracking no. RD 777 730 053 ZA. On the 28/3/13 I lodged a complaint on their 0861100946 number. The result of that was that I was told to that they had only received forms from the transferee and the payment and my forms were missing. Which was odd as everything was in one envelope when I posted them. Anyway, I was told to fill the forms again and send them to Computershare. I completed the forms again and sent them via Registered mail, tracking no. RD876600576 on 26/8/13. On the 31/10/13 I spoke to Samantha @ Computershare and she told me that forms from the transferee were not signed and that they had sent him an email to that effect. I asked her to send me the email so that I can handle the matter. She said she will. On the 14/11/13 I spoke to Seipati and she also promised to send me the email. Up today the shares are still not transferred and no email. I'm frustrated with poor service from Com
