My husband has been rceiving calls from attorneys to pay his TV licence.he has been handed over because he did not make payment. When he went to these different stores, HOUSE & HOME, OK FURNISHERS, PICK N PAY, GAME STORES, no one can help him since the start of the year. Sorry sir, we do not accept debit cards, only cash, sorry sir we cannot pick up your account number with your ID number, sorry sis we need this and that number. So who gets to be the one who gets listed due to all this unneccessary unprofessional service, and yet it get advertised that its so easy to pay your tv licence, anywhere. I need someone to please resolve this urgently, I cannot be going into stores to be turned away because someone doesnt know what they are doing. PLEASE HELP!!!
