After paying my TV licence every year in advance, I get threatening SMS's every week with the wrong TV Licence number, quoting that I am outstanding to an amount that doesn't even make sense.
I have to travel far to fax them proof of payments, after which they STILL CONTINUE with their SMS's.
I am truly unhappy about this - does anyone have a solution for me?
