I purchased a voucher for printing of business cards. I received the cards after many emails asking for status updates etc.
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement... Many of the cards seemed to be printed with the last bit of ink cartridge available... and I know it's not the quality of the image, since some are fine and others aren't, with each card having a different shade of black on the background... And it seems like whoever cut them refused to use a ruler or anything that resembles a straight line. Where some edges are jagged and look like they have been ripped instead of cut properly. I'm disgusted. I waited for these cards for so long and the end result looks as if they were done within ten mins of posting... That brings me to the packaging. When I opened the mailed envelope what I found was the packaging ripped apart and every single card bent and warped inside. I emailed my complaint to them and didn't receive a response for a week, when I emailed again the feeble excuse was that no-one was available in the office to respond. I was then asked what my solution to the issue would be and I responded. That was 2 days ago - again no reply.
