A few weeks ago I went to Sorbet for a treatment, i was told they were amazing. To say the least, I had the worst treatment i have ever experienced. I am not somebody to complain, so I left and went home and completed the job myself. A family member of mine went there for a treatment after my incident and mentioned this to the therapist, of which she took my number. A week later I received a call from an employee to say that she will talk to her manager and that they would allow me to come in for another treatment. I still, 1 month later have not had a phone call about this incident. I think it is a lack of customer management and service. Do not promise anything you cannot deliver. I will never go back there, purely because that specific branch in mismanaged, and they need their clientele because Hout Bay is a small village and any clientele is precious to any business trading in this area.
