I sent an email to Sorbet last week regarding poor service I'd received at one of their branches. For the first time ever I received a genuine apology and an offer to go back without having to complain on Hello Peter. Sorbet is one of the first companies I have dealt with that I can actually say has a genuine care for their customers and not just their reputation. Sorbet, your response to my complaint was refreshing and greatly appreciated. Thank you.
