Ive been complaining about a non-stop barking dog. Ive spoken to the owner who refuses to do something. Ive informed Anti Animal Cruelty because the dog was on a chain at that time. I also asked the SPCA an inspector confirmed that the dog does bark frequently because owners refuse to give the animal attention. They lock him up in a section that has only tar and no ground/grass & locked the dog up in a small space for xmas & boxing day. Ive spoken to officer Gravy & Sauls & at the time & date of my complaint they said that nothing can be done because residential complaints would be dealt with in the new year.
