I would like to compliment Sorbet Canal Walk lower ground for the great customer service, I wasn't happy with a treatment I did a week earlier and when I went into the salon for another treatment I complained about the previous treatment. The manager immediately called their head office who then agreed to do the re-do the treatment at their expense. I really wasn't expecting it, so well done on the great customer service.
