Sorbet is an excellent beauty and nail-care brand. Unfortunately, yesterday 10 March 2013, I was having my nails done for my birthday in a branch that does not uphold the brand image. My mother also had her nails done at Centurion Sorbet on Friday and felt a similar level of dissatisfaction. The lady who did my nails spent most of the session moaning to the other employees because she had to uphold Sorbet's 7 day guarantee and didn't receive any commission for her repair work. Then, whenever I would ask her to adjust a shape or tone in my nails she would look noticably irritated and answered any questions in a very short and disagreeable manner. Further, the booking had been made incorrectly which meant I only received a very basic treatement when I was hoping, for once, to have the full treatment since Sorbet offers their clients a 50% reductions in their birthday week. I will never go back to Centurion branch and I feel that they turned what is usually a real treat into a negative experience.
