Unable to cancel account and horrible treatment

This is NOT my first complaint related to this company!! Years on and I still have the same issue on an account that was meant to be cancelled in 2010 when my TV was. The at the SABC think they are funny handing people over. They did it last year and in Feb I settled an "outstanding" amount of R1450 and was told the account would be cancelled. now Im being billed R300 and all the call centre operators do is transfer your call or hang up! TV Licence company has incredibly rude and uneducated staff who are not able to assist and dont bother trying to help. The SABC doesnt respond to emails and is constantly threatening and belittling clients. There is Not a chance im paying another cent to these arrogant fools. Consider this an affidavit... My tv was in 2010 and I hereby request you take the licence and burn it. I dont have time to jump through hoops and further correspondence shall be considered harrasment. I will forward all my correspondence to debt collectors as it seems Im the only person involved in this TV licence who actually knows what is going on.
