I have forwarded an email 4 times in a month due to no response received from Nothando Mbatha. I have a query regarding my old TV LICENCE dating back 8 years ago to which I was charged R3325 more or less. The matter was dealth with VVM debt collectors and closed, who then advised me to go back to SABC and provide them again with all the documentation relating to my query. The amount keeps increasing as I am querying it. I was not in the country and had emigrated and cancelled my licence 8 years ago. I was horrified to discover that SABC had not cancelled my TV LICENCE when they were instructed to do so. This has been extremely upsetting, frustrating and not impressed with the service I have received to date. PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAILED QUERY and sort it out!!! I DO NOT OWE THIS MONEY AND WANT THE OLD TV LICENCE CANCELLED LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 8 years ago when it was instructed to do so AND THE AMOUNT MUST BE REVERSED!!!
