Takes over 6 months to fix a watch

I handed in my watch on 31 January, Job 32570. It took over 6 months of delays to fix it - all I wanted was a new glass and battery. Every time they tested it they suddenly needed new parts and expenses which I agreed to. Every part takes 6 weeks to come from Switzerland. Today I finally drove to Sandton to fetch it and when I got home to Pretoria, the buckle strap is attached to the bottom of the watch and the lip strap to the top. I'd take it back, but I don't want to wait again. Victorinox's previous agents used to fix the thing in 6 weeks for half the price. Just sad.
