ON March 10th we handed in a Tag for a battery repair. Have had to wait three months for a battery to be delivered from their overseas distributor. Today May 13, have been told the watch is finally with a technician and it will take another 2 weeks before battery change is complete. Have also been told that they WILL NOT fast track this repair, no interest in saving the situation.
Surely through last years sales Picot Moss can calculate that certain spares should be on hand. I have to pay R1400 for this poor service. Jewellers should stand together and not stock a brand that does not offer appropriate service. Am disgusted.
