TAG Extremely Slow Service

Here is my story...

09/02/2013: Watch handed to jeweler for Battery Replacement and Water Proofing (Collection in 4-5 weeks)
25/02/2013: Telephonically confirmed quote with jeweler for R 1400 (Collection in 2-3 weeks). I later discovered that this is priced for an overhaul.
15/03/2013: Visit to jeweler - Watch awaiting allocation to a technician (Collection in another 2-3 weeks)
06/04/2013: Call to jeweler - Watch expected in week coming will send SMS.
09/04/2013: Obtained status report from Picot and Moss website - Watch status is: WATCH IS WAITING TO BE ALLOCATED TO A TECHNICIAN.

2 Months have passed, and I am still waiting for my watch.

Will this be my last TAG product...?
